Kellie was a wonderful teacher and we all had an amazing time. The girls left feeling empowered and super sexy. The bride to be was particularly pleased as she always wanted to do something like this for her man but never felt confident enough to do so. That is the truly wonderful thing about a class like this, it’s almost as though it gives us permission to own the fact that we are beautiful, sexy, amazing women.

The chair dancing party was the perfect way to spend an evening with the girls!! My apprehension and fear quickly melted away during the warm up and turned into “Wow, I didn’t know I could move like that!” And then turned to, “Damn, I am hot…and so are all of my friends!” It was cool to finish the night knowing a short routine that I could take home and do by myself just to remind myself how truly sexy I am or to share with some one special. And of course shopping in the Boutique rounded the night off perfectly. Gotta have some of those heals and a short skirt!! Thank you Cindy and Vertical Fitness for making a “girls night out” truly memorable!

This was the best experience, and celebration, I could ever have wished for!
I celebrated my 40th Birthday with a private party at Vertical Fitness, with some of my best girl friends. I am a conservative person and could never imagine myself pole dancing. Cindy taught us a routine that we all could do and really had a great time learning. Never did we feel out of our comfort zone. It was freeing, safe and most of all an absolute blast! We laughed and had the best experience learning to pole dance. The private party celebration is well worth it…

I had so much fun at your flirty dance party!
To be honest, It was something I didn’t think I could actually DO (and enjoy) until I started to relax in your studio’s rich, beautiful atmosphere. The space is so perfect for this kind of girl time. After I tried the moves on the pole and found some of them really challenging and others very natural and sensuous, the female in me just started to pour out!! I had a BLAST with the group. It was so playful.
Plus, since your great and simple teaching, I found myself at a bridal shower / bachelorette party that had a pole dance contest. I was coaxed up and, well, I won the prize and I owe it to that simple sexy walk you brought out of me. It must have been there all the time… now I feel a little more playful in these serious times. What a way to let your hair down and giggle with friends. Or even take it up a notch and get a great workout! I recommend this party opportunity to everyone. I have seen a few other “schools” and none can compare to your personalized, stylish, relaxed, intimate and clean environment.
